Project Overview
Delivery Timeline: Q1 2031
Location: Houston, Texas
Network: Parenteral
The Houston project is a major expansion designed to deliver both scale and future-ready capability. The site includes a Small Molecule building with three 4,000-gallon reactors, each equipped with double dry ends, and a new Oligonucleotide facility capable of producing 2-mole commercial oligos using both FBR synthesis and Enzymatic Ligation technologies. The design also incorporates fallow space for an additional future train, as well as lyophilization and frozen drug substance capabilities. The campus is being developed to LEED Gold standards, with replication embedded across supporting facilities including the Visitors Center, Fire Station, and Laboratory/Administration building.
