Cordillera aims to deliver 5 billion doses of OFG (Orforglipron) production capacity and SDD (Spray Dryer Dispersion) to the PR1 site. The scope includes construction of Mod1- SDD-ASRS and relocation of certain facilities. MOD2 is not captured in the scope/budget and will need future consideration as its own project. The AOC baseline includes a target capital cost of $1.25 billion (P50) and a business target of $1.17 billion (P40).
